On My Transgender Secret you can chat with trans women, crossdressers and admirers in three ways: private messages with one person, members-only chat rooms, and private group chats of up to 50 people. Classic members can send a limited number of messages a day and reply to VIP members who write to them; VIP opens unlimited messaging and the chat rooms.
Sometimes you just want to talk
You do not have to arrange a date straight away. Talk to a trans woman for the first time and see how it feels, chat with people who understand before you ever go out en femme, or just enjoy the company late in the evening. All of that is welcome here.
Chatting first also makes dating better. By the time you meet, you know how someone writes, what makes them laugh, and whether they treat you well. That is worth more than any photo.
Three ways to chat
Private messages
The core of the site. Message anyone whose profile catches your eye. Classic members get a limited number of messages a day and can always reply to VIP and VIP Plus members who write to them; VIP members message as much as they like. Other members never see your private conversations.
Members-only chat rooms
VIP members can join the chat rooms, which are a relaxed way to get a feel for the community, ask the questions you have been wondering about, and see who you get on with before you message anyone one to one.
Private group chats
VIP members can also start a private group chat of up to 50 people, with Classic and VIP members mixed. It is handy for planning a night out with a few people you have met, or keeping a circle of friends together.
How to chat with trans women so they want to reply
Read her profile first, and open with something from it. Ask about her, not about her being trans. Leave her body and her transition alone unless she brings them up. Use the name and pronouns she uses. If she is not interested, she will stop replying; let her. These are small things, and they are the difference between a conversation that goes somewhere and one that ends with a block.

Chat openly, stay safe
Keep the conversation on the site until you trust someone. If anyone tries to move you to WhatsApp or another app early on, the site warns you, because it is a common scam tactic. Never send money. Explicit images are blurred until you choose to see them, and you can block or report anyone at any time. Your real name and email are never shown. More on our safety page.

Can I chat without VIP?
Yes. Classic members can send a limited number of messages each day and answer any VIP member who writes to them. Chat rooms, starting a group chat and unlimited messages come with VIP, and our prices page has the details.
Can I chat on my phone?
Yes. The site runs in your phone's browser and can be saved to your home screen, and our trans dating app page shows how.
Who can I chat with?
You can chat with any member: men, women, couples and members who signed up as CD/TRANS, the option for trans and crossdressing people. The site is for adults aged 18 and over.
