Which city has the most members?
London, by a wide margin, with more than 1,500 members across Greater London. Manchester and Birmingham come next, and outside the UK the biggest city groups are in Toronto and Sydney.
Is My Transgender Secret only for the UK?
No. More than half of members live in the UK, and most of the rest are in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland, all on the same site.
